Aluminum tubing is one of the base components of our favorite style of robot construction. Tubing tends to be stronger and stiffer than plate construction due to its shape while still being lightweight because of its hollow profile. We offer:

1"x1" / 1.5"x1.5" / 2"x2" square tubing, 1/16” and ⅛” wall
We offer a variety of aluminum punched tubing. Made from 6061-T6 aluminum, it features 0.50" punched hole spacing for convenient and versatile mounting options. Aluminum tubing is both durable and lightweight, and commonly used throughout all of FRC.

The SplineXL Tubing can be used in a variety of applications, including feeder or intake systems.
Our spline profile was inspired by the farming industry which has been using spline tubes on PTO applications. The profile allows for some neat stuff:

Polycarbonate is a great solution for making simple brackets and sponsor panels. These 0.5mm and 1.5mm thick sheets of smoked polycarbonate will come in 3’ x 6’ sheets. The 1.5mm thick sheets are great for thinner brackets and the 0.5mm thick sheets are great for sponsor panels and can even be cut with a pair of scissors.
CF tubing has a wide range of applications for FRC robots, including lightweight roller systems and structural stiffeners. Our selection includes round tubing, as well as 1x1 and 2x1 options to suit your needs.

SRPP (Self-Reinforced Polypropylene), Compared to polycarbonate, our SRPP is stiffer and significantly more impact resistant, making it useful for systems like intakes, end effectors, or other areas exposed to frequent contact. It’s also lighter than polycarbonate, which can help with overall weight management.

WCP offers several different lightweight shaft stock options made from both 6061 aluminum (for tube axles) and 7075 T6 Aluminum (for high-strength hex shafts handling torsional loads). These shaft lengths are correctly toleranced such that they fit perfectly through bearings and hubs, without extra work.
While it's tough to get excited about a few pieces of shaft stock, these shafts are specifically created to reduce user frustration.
Our Hex Stock is perfect for handling torsional loads, ensuring optimal performance in high-torque applications such as winch and climbing mechanisms.

Our Rounded Hex Stock has quickly become part of our System Standards as it offers all of the same advantages as traditional Hex Stock with the added advantage of being rounded to 10.25mm (3/8"), and 13.25 (1/2"). These rounded corners allow for a smoother fit into the matching round bearings for ease of assembly.
