#10 bots are the best combination of strength, weight, size, and availability in most FRC applications, and for us, it just makes building robots easier. Button Head Cap Screws (BHCS) provide a low-profile hardware solution, while Socket Head Cap Screws (SHCS) provide a stronger, more strip-resistant hex socket with their larger head. The black-oxide coating increases strength and makes the bolts more resistant to corrosion, meaning you’ll never need to replace a bolt due to wear and weather. We also offer #8 bolts to interface with other commonly-used FRC hardware!
Shoulder Bolts are ideal for creating pivot points and smooth, repeatable motion in FRC mechanisms. Available in both low profile and ultra low profile head options, these bolts are designed to minimize interference while maintaining strong, reliable fastening.

WCP offers a wide selection of nuts designed to pair with common FRC bolt sizes. Whether you're securing structural components, fastening brackets, or assembling subsystems, these nuts provide the reliable holding power needed for a variety of applications throughout your robot.
Thin lock nuts are used to secure threaded joints while saving space in tight assemblies. Designed to resist loosening from vibration or torque, they’re ideal for low-profile applications where a standard nut may not fit, while still providing reliable locking performance in high-motion environments.
Rivet nuts are a convenient alternative to traditional nuts, allowing components to be securely fastened without needing access to both sides of the material. Ideal for tubing, sheet metal, and other hollow or hard-to-reach structures, they provide strong, reusable threads in thin or blind assemblies.
Heat set inserts are perfect for strengthening threaded connections in 3D printed parts. During installation, heat allows the insert to melt into the surrounding plastic, creating a strong mechanical bond. This process significantly improves durability and provides secure, reusable threads for bolts and fasteners.
Screw to Expand inserts offer a reliable way to add threaded connections to 3D printed parts without heat. When a screw is driven into the insert, it expands to create a tight, friction-based fit. The knurled outer surface enhances grip within the plastic, providing strong, secure threads for repeated use.
The Tube Connecting Nut is designed to provide a strong, threaded connection point inside tubing. It offers a simple and affordable way to attach rods, brackets, or other components without welding or specialized inserts. Ideal for structural builds, this nut makes it easy to create modular and adjustable assemblies using standard tubing.
Rivets are the staples of the engineering world. Align two or more parts with matching holes, place a rivet in the holes, and pop the rivet in the rivet gun to fasten the parts together. To remove an installed rivet, just drill straight through it!

Axially retain items on shafts with thinner than normal shaft collars. These custom clamping shaft collars are designed specifically for FIRST ® Robotics Competition applications where space on an axle is important.
Don't feel like dealing with spacers? Throw a shaft collar on there, and hold everything perfectly in place. We've got collars for every common FIRST ® Robotics Competition shaft size, including the 8mm CIM output shaft.
Tired of hex broaching your own collars? We have collars for hex shaft, as well as standard round shafts.

These washers use a wedge-locking mechanism to secure bolts with tension, preventing them from loosening unintentionally. When the bolt is tightened, the cams on the washers engage with each other and create a wedge-effect, which prevents the bolt from rotating.
#10-32 bolts are part of our and are one of the most commonly used fastening options in FRC, delivering strong, reliable connections for both structural and mechanical assemblies. Offered in Button Head Cap Screws (BHCS), Socket Head Cap Screws (SHCS), Pan Head Cap Screws (PHCS), and Ultra Low Profile variants, they give teams the flexibility to meet a variety of design needs, from tight-clearance applications to high-strength joints. These bolts are essential for securely mounting brackets, gussets, and components across your robot.
