Solid Roller Wheels ()

Use solid roller wheels to launch and accelerate game pieces! These wheels are made of urethane rubber for reliable and consistent performance and have a hex hub built-in, eliminating the need for a custom pressed hub in similar wheels.

Flex Wheels are made of a super tough custom blend of silicone rubber - different than any other flexible or compliant wheel currently used by FTC or FRC teams. Each of our four wheel diameters are offered in 3 different durometers. The varying hardnesses can be used to change the traction and compliance of your mechanism.

The 1-5/8" and 2” diameter wheels have a 9mm hex, which is meant to be stretched on to a 1/2" hex shaft. The 3” and larger wheels have a 1” bore, which can be stretched over a roller tube to create a strong and lightweight roller.

Roller Hubs

Roller Hubs are specifically designed to be used with the Roller Tubing. These hubs act as a mounting point for your roller tubing and allow you to drive your intake or conveyor systems via a hex shaft.

Hub Inserts

Roller hub inserts allow you to drive a roller using a pulley, sprocket, or other mechanism. This eliminates the need for a long axle or hex shaft running the length of the roller. Instead, the insert can simply ride on a bearing or other support on the axle.

Roller Hub Flanges

Roller Hub Flanges are placed at the end of a tube to increase the flange's outer diameter as a way to prevent rope, polycord, flat belting, etc. from slipping off the end of a tube.

Do you need a single pulley? A double? A triple? You can have 1,323 pulleys, or even more, all by stacking a single part! Our new stackable pulleys allow you to have as many (or as little) pulleys as you’d like by stacking a single part over and over and over. The stackable pulleys are designed to fit together seamlessly, and are sized such that the outer diameter of a 1/4” polycord cable on the pulley is either 1.625” or 2” to match with our flex wheel sizes.

Silicone Tubing is commonly used in FRC for roller applications such as intakes and feeder systems. Our various sizes combined with the elasticity of silicone tubing allow application for virtually any roller size.
