Hardware Mounting Examples

The following examples demonstrate how the Elevator Corner Bearing Block’s integrated hole patterns allow teams to mount hardware with no additional machining required. These configurations are designed to make integration straightforward across a wide range of robot designs.

Top Plate Mounting

The top faces of the new Elevator Blocks feature integrated tapped holes and counterbores sized for Alignment Pins, making it easy to add top plates, crossbars, or other structural components with precise alignment.

Bottom Plate Mounting

The new Elevator Corner Bearing Blocks include through-clearance holes and counterbores sized for Alignment Pins, allowing teams to mount plates, crossbars, or other structural components between the block and the tube.

Side Plate Mounting

The new WCP Elevator Bearing Blocks feature an integrated Nut Pocket that securely captures a nut during assembly, allowing side plates to be mounted directly to the block.
