The following sections will show a few basic roller assemblies that teams can incorporate into their build systems.

The WCP Stub Rollers are directly compatible with the Roller System and make for perfect rollers as they remove the need for a shaft to be ran throughout the entire roller as shown in the pictures below.

Round Roller System

The roller example below uses the 1-1/8" OD to 20t HTD 5mm Pulley Stub Roller Hub (WCP-1748) and the 2-1/4"L Stub Shaft (WCP-1742) to create a simple, powered roller. This setup eliminates the need for teams to print or machine custom parts, streamlining the assembly process.

Round to SplineXL

The roller example below uses the 1-1/8" OD to SplineXL OD Stub Roller Hub (WCP-1752) and the 2-3/4"L Stub Shaft (WCP-1743), creating a robust powered roller system. The SplineXL interface ensures efficient torque transfer, providing a secure and reliable connection that minimizes slippage and maximizes power transmission.

The roller example below uses the SplineXL ID to 20t HTD 5mm Pulley Stub Roller Hub (WCP-1747) and the 2-1/4"L Stub Shaft (WCP-1742) to create a simple, powered roller. This setup eliminates the need for teams to print or machine custom parts, streamlining the assembly process.

SplineXL Extension

The example below uses the SplineXL ID to SplineXL OD Stub Roller Hub (WCP-1751) and the 2-1/4"L Stub Shaft (WCP-1742) in order to create an extension of the SplineXL Tube. This configuration is ideal for transferring torque in gearboxes and other assemblies, ensuring efficient and reliable power transmission.
