The installation of the Snap-in Nuts into the Horizontal Rails will be demonstrated below.
The location of the Snap-in Nuts can vary as it is based on the bin sizes used.
Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.
Repeat this step for the second Right Case Horizontal Rail
Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.
Repeat this step for the second Left Case Horizontal Rail
The installation of the Snap-in Nuts into the Vertical Rails will be demonstrated below.
The location of the Snap-in Nuts can vary as it is based on the bin sizes used.
Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.
Repeat this step for the second Left Case Vertical Rail
Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.
Repeat this step for the second Right Case Vertical Rail
Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.
Repeat this step for a second Middle Middle Rail (Tube 1)
Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.
Repeat this step for a second Middle Middle Rail (Tube 2)
The reference picture above shows the installation of half of the Snap-in Nuts that are needed. The picture below shows the finished product.
Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.
Repeat this step until you have six of the Middle Rail (Tube 3).
The reference picture above shows the installation of half of the Snap-in Nuts that are needed. The picture below shows the finished product.
Take the Vertical Rail Tubes from Step 2 and install them onto the Horizontal Rail Tubes using #10-32 x .500" L bolts into the snap nuts.
The spacing of the vertical rails is based on the bin sizes used.
Repeat this step for the other half of the Single Upper Kit.
Take the bin rails and install them onto the vertical rails using #10-32 x .500" L bolts into the snap nuts.
Only install the bottom row of bin rails.
The following pages will have all necessary information for the assembly of the SuperPit Single Upper Kit. Keep in mind that bins are not included in this kit.
The following instructions are for the example shown below and are interchangeable to accommodate for user defined spacing and bin sizes.
Take the shims along with the assembly from Step 4 and lay them in the case. Line up the shims with the assembly, make sure everything is square and straight. Use tape if needed to hold the shims into position while marking out hole positions. Take a sharpie and mark all the holes to drill to 0.201" into the wood.
Do not drill out the holes in this step.
The reference picture below only shows half of the drilling locations that need to be marked.
Ensure that all rails that are in contact with the case get the holes marked.
Remove the shims and assembly from the case and drill holes. If any of the holes line up with any metal or handles we recommend not drilling those holes.
Take shims and assembly from Step 4 and set them back in the case in the same layout that was used to mark the drilling locations in Step 5. Use #10-32 x 1.000" L bolts with lock nuts to bolt everything down. We recommend not tightening everything fully yet.
Install the rest of the bin rails and then tighten everything down.
