Single Upper Kit

The following pages will have all necessary information for the assembly of the SuperPit Single Upper Kit. Keep in mind that bins are not included in this kit.

The following instructions are for the example shown below and are interchangeable to accommodate for user defined spacing and bin sizes.

Steps 1-4

Step 1

The installation of the Snap-in Nuts into the Horizontal Rails will be demonstrated below.

The location of the Snap-in Nuts can vary as it is based on the bin sizes used.

Step 2

The installation of the Snap-in Nuts into the Vertical Rails will be demonstrated below.

The location of the Snap-in Nuts can vary as it is based on the bin sizes used.

Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.

Repeat this step for the second Left Case Vertical Rail

Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.

Repeat this step for the second Right Case Vertical Rail

Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.

Repeat this step for a second Middle Middle Rail (Tube 1)

Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.

Repeat this step for a second Middle Middle Rail (Tube 2)

The reference picture above shows the installation of half of the Snap-in Nuts that are needed. The picture below shows the finished product.

Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.

Repeat this step until you have six of the Middle Rail (Tube 3).

The reference picture above shows the installation of half of the Snap-in Nuts that are needed. The picture below shows the finished product.

Step 3

Take the Vertical Rail Tubes from Step 2 and install them onto the Horizontal Rail Tubes using #10-32 x .500" L bolts into the snap nuts.

The spacing of the vertical rails is based on the bin sizes used.

Repeat this step for the other half of the Single Upper Kit.

Step 4

Take the bin rails and install them onto the vertical rails using #10-32 x .500" L bolts into the snap nuts.

Only install the bottom row of bin rails.

Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.

Repeat this step for the second Right Case Horizontal Rail

Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.

Repeat this step for the second Left Case Horizontal Rail

Table Kit

The following sections will have all necessary information for the assembly of the SuperPit Table Kit.

The Table Kit does not include a workspace top.

Steps 6-9

Step 6

The Battery connectors are not included in the kit.

Take the charger holders and battery holders and install SB50 or SB120 connectors using #10-32 x .750" L bolts into the pem nuts. Use washer shims as needed to make the surface that the battery slides on smooth and flush.

Repeat this step for all of the charger holders and battery holders.

If using the SB50 connector you will need to drill out the holes in the connector so a #10-32 bolt can fit through.

Step 7

Install the battery holder from Step 6 onto the assemblies completed in Step 5 using #10-32 x .750" L Counter Sink bolts.

Leave the bottom two rows empty for the moment. We recommend not tightening everything fully yet.

Step 8

Install assembly in case where desired using the #10-32 x .500"L Particleboard Screws.

Make sure to add the #10-32 x .500"L Particleboard Screws onto the top portion of the Battery Rack and into the table top.

Step 9

Install the remaining charger holders and battery holders and then tighten everything down.

Steps 5-8

Step 5

Take the shims along with the assembly from Step 4 and lay them in the case. Line up the shims with the assembly, make sure everything is square and straight. Use tape if needed to hold the shims into position while marking out hole positions. Take a sharpie and mark all the holes to drill to 0.201" into the wood.

Do not drill out the holes in this step.

Step 6

Remove the shims and assembly from the case and drill holes. If any of the holes line up with any metal or handles we recommend not drilling those holes.

Step 7

Take shims and assembly from Step 4 and set them back in the case in the same layout that was used to mark the drilling locations in Step 5. Use #10-32 x 1.000" L bolts with lock nuts to bolt everything down. We recommend not tightening everything fully yet.

Step 8

Install the rest of the bin rails and then tighten everything down.

Steps 1-5

Step 1

The installation of the Snap-in Nuts into the Horizontal Rails will be demonstrated below.

Step 2

The installation of the Snap-in Nuts into the Vertical Rails will be demonstrated below.

Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.

Repeat this step for the second Battery Vertical Rail (Right)

Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.

Repeat this step for the other three Battery Vertical Rails (Middle)

The reference picture above shows the installation of half of the Snap-in Nuts that are needed. The picture below shows the finished product.

Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.

Repeat this step for the second Battery Vertical Rail (Left)

Step 3

Take the Bottom Battery Horizontal Rail and the Battery Horizontal Rail (Middle) from Step 1, along with two of the Battery Vertical Rail (Middle) from Step 2 and bolt them together using #10-32 x .500" L bolts into the snap nuts.

Repeat this step for the other half of the Battery Rack.

Step 4

Take the assembly from Step 3 along with the Battery Vertical Rail (Right) and Battery Vertical Rail (Left) and bolt them together using #10-32 x .500" L bolts into the snap nuts.

Repeat this step for the other half of the Battery Rack.

Step 5

Take the assembly from Step 4 along with the Top Battery Horizontal Rail and bolt them together using c bolts into the snap nuts.

Repeat this step for the other half of the Battery Rack.

Battery Rack Kit

The following pages will have all necessary information for the assembly of the SuperPit Battery Rack Kit.

The battery connectors are not included in this kit.

The reference picture below only shows half of the drilling locations that need to be marked.

Ensure that all rails that are in contact with the case get the holes marked.

Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.

Repeat this step for the second Bottom Battery Horizontal Rail

Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.

Repeat this step for the second Middle Battery Horizontal Rail

Insert the Snap-in Nuts into the corresponding slots.

Repeat this step for the second Top Battery Horizontal Rail

Corner Case Kit

The following sections will have all necessary information for the assembly of the SuperPit Corner Case Kit.

The Corner Case Kit does not include the workspace top shown below.

Step 1

It is important to first figure out the desired height for your workspace top and mark this height as the bracket placement is based off of this.

Install the Corner Brackets onto the case using the #10-32 x .500"L Particleboard Screws.

Repeat this for the other Large Corner Bracket.

Make sure that the bracket is leveled to prevent any issues.

Repeat this for the other Small Corner Bracket.

Make sure that the bracket is leveled to prevent any issues.

Step 2

Place you workspace top on the brackets and connect it using the #10-32 x .500"L Particleboard Screws.

Step 3

Lay the Corner Trim parts in their appropriate locations and secure them with the #10-32 x .500"L Particleboard Screws..
