Assembly

The Heatsink will be shipped with the two 35mm fans pre-installed using the #4-40 x 0.500"L Bolts.

Use the two included 14" Black zip ties to attach the Radio to the Heatsink assembly. The zip ties should wrap around the entire assembly and go above the fan power wires.

Align the Radio power input port with the fan wire slot in the Heatsink.

Thermal conductive tape can be applied between the Radio and the Heatsink to increase heat transfer. This is not required.

Wiring

Wire the fans into the Radio by stripping the power wires and twisting the negative pair of wires together and positive pair of wires together then crimp on a ferrule for the best connection.

Plug these into the Input Power port on the radio.
