The overall Bracket length can be cut down as needed for a successful mounting experience.
When installing multiple bumper mounts on the same tube, any spacing can be used following the 0.50" hole spacing for more mounting flexibility.
The Brackets will sit 0.125" outside of the frame perimeter as shown below.

Q: How much spacing should be left between bumper mounts?
A: The Cone Bumper Mounts are designed to be installed where needed, allowing for custom spacing to guarantee a seamless integration.
Q: Can the Bracket length be modified?
A: The Mounting Bracket can be cut down as needed for the perfect mounting location.
Issue: Bumpers not being fully secured.
Possible Solution:
Ensure that the Bumper Bracket is sitting flat on the tube and the Knob is fully tightened.

The following sections show the mounts positioned in the recommended areas for different style bumpers.
For optimal bumper stability, we recommend for the utilize at least one bumper mount per side and at each bumper end as shown below
It is recommended to put a bumper mount at each end of the bumper split.
For optimal bumper stability, utilize at least two Bumper Mounts per corner as shown.
The Bracket used in the following pictures below is shown without the bumpers attached as a reference only.
Use the Bracket to line up the mounting holes needed for the Bumper Cones and securely fasten it onto the #10-32 x 3"L SHCS bolt. The Bumper Cones should sit flat on the mounting tube used.
Only one of the Bumper Cones is needed per Mounting Bracket as shown below. All three can be used if desired.
Blue Loctite () is recommended on all bolts that thread into the Bumper Cone.
In order to secure the Bumpers, simply fasten the Knob using a 3/8" wrench.
The Knob should sit flat on the Bracket.
