Hardware Alignment

The latest iteration of the WCP Tube Plugs incorporates counterbores on the threaded holes along the bottom face, enabling the use of the new Alignment Pins. These pins help secure components in place and prevent rotational twist between mating surfaces, resulting in improved alignment accuracy and overall assembly rigidity.

The image below is for reference, the Alignment pins should be used as needed.

Elevator Corner Bearing Block with Tube Plug

The new Elevator Corner Bearing Block shares the same counterbore feature as the WCP Tube Plugs, allowing the two to be mounted together seamlessly. This shared interface ensures proper alignment, simplifies assembly, and provides a secure, rigid connection between structural elements.
