Clamping Features

1" and 2" Clamping

All Clamping Bearing Blocks are sized to clamp around any box tube that is 1" or 2" tall. In order to clamp around 1" tall tube, the blocks must be rotated onto their side as shown in the image below.

Round Bore ID

All Clamping Bearing Blocks have a 1.850" (47mm) ID . This means it is compatible with WCP Bearings (WCP-0884 & WCP-1471).

Bearing C-Bore

Bearing Flange C-Bore

The Round Bearing Blocks come with a 2" OD x .059" deep c-bore that can be used to trap the flanges of bearings or bushings.

This feature is only compatible with bearings/bushings that are 1.125" OD, with a flange that is smaller than 2", and no thicker than 0.059".
