Steps 11-17

Step 11

Bolt the Vertical Support Structure from Step 10 to the base assembly from Step 9 using #10-32 x 3/8"L bolts as shown below.

Step 12

Install the assembled Battery Trays from Step 7 to the assembly from Step 11 using #10-32 x 3/8"L Bolts as shown below.

Repeat this for the second Battery Tray.

Step 13

Install the assembly from Step 8 using #10-32 x 3/8"L Bolts as shown below.

Step 14

Assemble the top of the Battery Rack by mounting the Support Rails from Step 1 to the Horizontal Rails using #10-32 x 3/8"L Bolts as shown below.

Step 15

Install the Top Structure to the assembly from Step 13 using #10-32 x 3/8"L Bolts as shown below.

Step 16

Mount the the Battery Charger to the Charger Holder using #10-32 x 3/4"L Bolts and #10-32 Nuts as shown below.

Front Charger

Repeat this step for the second Front Charger. The second Front Charger should be mounted such that the leads are coming out from opposite direction as shown below.

Back Charger

Repeat this step for the second Back Charger. The second Back Charger should be mounted such that the leads are coming out from opposite direction as shown below.

Step 17

Mount the Charger Holders from Step 16 to the completed Battery Rack from Step 15 using the provided 3/16" Blind Rivets
