Full Tower

Rivets are not included with the Net Structure.

3/16" rivets with a .125" - .250" Grip Length (WCP-0449) are required for the assembly steps below.

Step 1

Mount the Tower Base Angles onto the Base Bottom using 3/16" Rivets as shown below.

The Rivets should be installed from the bottom of the Base to allow the Tower to lay as level as possible to the ground.

The Small Tower Base in this step can be replaced with the Tower Base Plate (WCP-2200), if purchased.

Step 2

Slide the Outer Inner Uprights together and secure using 3/16" Rivets as shown below.

Repeat this step for the second set of Tower Uprights.

Step 3

Mount the Uprights from Step 2 onto the Base Plate from Step 1 using the provided 1/4"-20 x 2-1/2"L bolts and 1/4"-20 nuts as shown below.

Step 4

Slide the Tower Rungs into the Uprights from Step 3 and secure using the provided 1/4"-20 x 3-1/2"L bolts and 1/4"-20 nuts as shown below.

Repeat this step to mount all of the Tower Rungs.

Step 5

Install a 2" x 2" Tube Plug into each end of the Outpost Frame Vertical Tubes then secure them with #10-32 x 3/8"L bolts as shown below.

Step 6

Mount the Outpost Frame Top Tube to the tubes from Step 5 using the #10-32 x 2"L bolts as shown below.

Step 7

Mount the Tower Support Tube to the assembly from Step 6 using the Tower Support Gusset. Secure this using the 1/4"-20 x 3-1/2"L bolts and 1/4"-20 nuts as shown below.

Ensure that the Outpost Frame Spacer is installed between the Tower Support Tube and the Tower Support Gusset.

Step 8

Slide the Tower Brace to the assembly from Step 7 using the 1/4"-20 x 2-1/2"L bolts and 1/4"-20 nuts as shown below.

Step 9

Mount the Tower Upright Gusset to the Tower Support Tubes from Step 8 using the 1/4"-20 x 2-1/2"L bolts and 1/4"-20 nuts as shown below.

Step 10

Combine the assemblies from Step 4 & Step 9 using the 1/4"-20 x 1"L bolts.
