Steps 5-8

Vibra-TITE VC-3 Threadmate (Vibra-TITE) is recommended on all bolts that thread into a tapped hole.

Step 5

Slide the assembled Plate Bearing Blocks from Step 4 into the assembly from Step 2 as shown below.

Step 6

Bolt the 7" ID Mounting Plate to the assembly from Step 5 using #10-32 x 1/2"L bolts.

The highlighted hole should be inline with the 1/2" Rounded Hex bearing as shown below.

Step 7

Bolt the 7" ID Turret Gear to the assembly from Step 6 using #10-32 x 1/2"L bolts.

The highlighted hole should be inline with the 1/2" Rounded Hex bearing as shown below.

Step 8

Slide the 10T Steel Spur Gear and the 1/2" Hex Spacers onto the Output Shaft. Then bolt the 1 Motor Gearbox to the assembly from Step 7 using the 3/8” OD x 3/4”L Spacers and #10-32 x 1-1/4”L Bolts.
