Step 1

Press the 1/2" Rounded Hex bearing into the Shooter Side Plate. Repeat this step for the other side. Be sure to press the bearing in from the opposite side so that the bearing flanges are on opposite sides of the plates.

Secure the bearing using a Bearing Retention Plate and a Bearing Roller Center Plate.

Step 2

Press the 1/2" Rounded Hex bearing into the Shooter Hood Plate. Repeat this step for the other side. Be sure to press the bearing in from the opposite side so that the bearing flanges are on opposite sides of the plates.

Secure the bearing using a Bearing Retention Plate and a Bearing Roller Center Plate.

The image below only shows the Right Configuration of the hood plate, the same applies to the Left configuration.

Step 3

Press two 7"L Standoffs into the Printed Fixed Hood.

Due to varying print settings, this standoff could be a press fit. In such case a dead blow hammer or arbor press can be used to install these standoffs.

Step 4

Attach the Shooter Side Plates from Step 1 to the Hood assembly from Step 3 using #10-32 x 3/4"L bolts.

Step 5

Bolt the front of the Shooter together using the Standoff & Spacer stack up shown below.

Do not forget to install 3/4"L spacers between the 7"L Standoffs and Shooter Side Plates on one side.

Step 6

Attach the Hood Plates from Step 2 to the assembly from Step 5 using #10-32 x 1-1/4"L and 3/4"L Spacers.
