# 2" C-C Gearbox Assembly

## Step 1

Press the bearing and the 42mm adapter plate into the Clearance Plate. This should be a light press fit, with the bearing flange seated on the side shown below.

## Step 2

Press the bearing and the 42mm adapter plate into the Tapped Plate. This should be a light press fit, with the bearing flange seated on the side shown below.

## Step 3

Attach the motor spacer onto the Kraken X60 motor using two #10-32 x 1/2”L bolts. Then install the Drive Pinion with the two 1/4"L Spacers, secure this using a 1/4"L Pan Head Bolt.

## Step 4

Secure the Kraken X60 from Step 3 to the Clearance Plate from Step 1 using two #10-32 x 7/8"L bolts.

## Step 5

Slide the driven gear and shaft into position, then secure the assembly using four #10-32 x 1"L bolts with 5/8" spacers.
