# Structure

The following images show #10-32 Rivnuts installed in the Structure Tubes. The use of Rivnuts is meant to make the repeated removal and install of the  Fixed Side Panels hassle-free. However this is completely optional and does not need to be done.&#x20;

## Step 1

Install a 2" x 1" Tube Plug into each end of the of the Vertical Structure Tubes using two #10-32 x 3/8"L bolts as shown below. Additional bolts will be added in later assembly steps.

## Step 2

Install a 1" x 1" Tube Plug into each end of the Horizontal Rails using #10-32 x 3/8"L bolt as shown below. Additional bolts will be added in later assembly steps.

## Step 3

Install and fully capture a 1/2" Rounded He  using a Bearing Retention Plate and Roller Center Plates as shown below. Secure the plates using #10-32 bolts.

Repeat this for the second Vertical Rail.

## Step 4

Mount the Horizontal Rails from Step 2 onto the Vertical Rail from Step 3 using #10-32 bolts as shown  below.

Repeat this for the other half of the Structure assembly.

## Step 5

Install T Gussets onto the assembly from Step 4 using #10-32 x 3/8"L Bolts and 3/16" Rivets.&#x20;

Repeat this for the other half of the Structure assembly.

## Step 6

Install the 1.5" x 1.5" Support Tube to the assembly from Step 5 using the Gussets and hardware shown below.

## Step 7

Install the Plastic Hopper Guard onto the Assembly from Step 6 using #10-32 x 1-1/2"L Bolt and Nuts.

## Step 8

Install two 90 Degree Mounting Brackets to the Vertical Structure Tubes from Step 7 using #10-32 x 3/8"L Bolts.

## Step 9

Install the Hooks onto the 1" x 1" Hook Tube using the appropriate #10-32 Bolts and Nuts as shown below.&#x20;

## Step 10

Install the Hook assembly from Step 9 to the Structure assembly from Step 8.

## Step 12

Press a 5/8" ID Tube Connecting Nut into each end of the 3/4" OD Standoffs.&#x20;

Installing the Tube Connecting Nuts can be done using an Arbor press or a dead blow hammer.

The 3/4" OD tubes are referred to as **Standoffs**, as they are used to add rigidity to the assembled Hopper.
